This forum will be for stories. The first story, Dreams and Nightmares, is a role-playing adventure. Choose a character you want to be (a knight, a thief, an archer, a sorceror, a werewolf, whatever), come up with a creative name for yourself, and we'll create an adventure for our characters to be involved in. I'll have to think about what character I want to be before I can start a story. :wink: If anyone else has an idea, start a thread for it in this forum and go for it! :P

OK! I came up with my character and started a story. Next someone else adds to the story, either introducing their character or adding to the existing story. I'll add more after that. I'll explain more about the quest as we go along. Obviously I can't start on my quest alone. I need travel companions. :wink:

Believe me, there's room for more evil characters in the story so if you want to be a bad person too, go right ahead! :twisted:

Lady Luscinia overlooked your earlier acceptance to join her quest but corrected it so you will be with her. Many of our scribes may only have limited time to write about our adventures so I'm not expecting everyone to write every day. We'll keep the story going as inspiration hits us and let the story unfold at its own pace. Implosion has been kind enough to offer her services and help me in telling the story, plus Jay, and maybe more writers willl join us.

Sure 'nuff, I'm ready to write. The Dark Side is more my home than Reality Island was so I plan to post here much, much more! :cute:

lol! So I guess Fabu gets two characters in the story! Implosion introduced her as a woman and Grimme has introduced Fabu Feline as a cat. So some stranger is riding around with Fabu's cat. That must mean Fabu Feline is Simba. :redlol:

Maybe Im one of those mystical creatures that change from enchanting female to fabulous feline when I need to :eeeee: That would be fun!

I dont know...whats an animagus? If its an enchanting female that turns into a fabulous feline, then yes.

Yeah, I'm not worrying about potential inconsistencies. Fantasy/Sci-Fi don't always conform to time and space as they occur in the real world. Pretty much anything goes.

In case anyone's wondering, the current word count for Dreams and Nightmares is 8,204. Not bad for a story that's 10 days old!

The story must go on, with or without the Dork Lord. He can write more when he's able to and we'll continue on. There's some more "filler" stuff that needs to be introduced so I plan to write a bit on that before moving the quest forward.
