Portal or no portal??
What do you think of the main page portal?

I voted for I like cheese. I'm undecided on a portal as of right now. I guess it would depend on what's up there, I never used it at RTVP cause it was the page that contained the most viruses and it was never updated. I know you'd update it, but would you feel you have to keep it updated with all the other stuff you have on your plate? I don't want you to over load yourself with stuff you feel you have to do.

The good thing about the portal is there's nothing for me to maintain. The reason I did this poll was to -*test*-('") how to put a poll on the portal. Apparently, all you have to do is post a poll on the board and it automatically puts it on the portal. Cool! The portal would slow you down if you were planning on visitng the board for a while each time but if you only have a few minutes to stop by, you'll find all the up to date information there (most recent posts, polls, etc). I still have to try it out for a while to decide how I like it.

i voted "what's a portal?" i'm a little slow on the uptake.... but reading pika's post above, i will go with i like it... because i think it was that thing i saw when i first got here, which i don't know how to get back to from here, but i liked it....i think... um, did i mention i'm a little slow on the uptake?
